2. Q: Can I print our own logo on my products.
A: Yes, We can print your logo on your products. Only we need you to supply your logo file in PDF or AI format.
B: If you don't have any artwork/design. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. It is also OK if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want. Please tell us the font name if you have special request on the fonts.
3. Q:How much is the product?
A: Prices are determined by many factors such as material, style, size and etc. If you tell me the specific product requirements,we can offer the best price for you.
4. Q: What is the production time?
A: 14 days normal, it's depend on the quantity. Please tell us the date you want, we could try our best to satisfy you.
5. Q: Is it possible to get sample before place order?
A: Yes, sure, for quality & material checking, stock samples without customized printing can be provided freely at your courier account. We will be happy to send you free samples.
6. Q: How long does it take for sample production time?
A: 1 day for existing samples. After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
7. Q: To get a quote, what are some necessary details to tell us?
A: Material, size, style, color, logo profile, logo size, logo print terms (we can recommend), quantity and any other needs.
8. Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A: NO MOQ, 1 piece can be acceptable.
9. How do I pay for my order?
